Q Are you a 100% manufacturer for printing packaging?
A Yes!!! we have been in printing&packaging since 2004, We have complete sets of machine for each process, which are imported from China and German, with the latest technology date, and update the advance dates year after years, making sure the goods we produce are in high-end quality, to raise the products marketing by good packaging.

Q How to ship the goods?
A 1)Ex-work or FOB, if you have own forwarder in China.
2) CFR or CIF, etc., if you need us to make shipment for you.

Q What warranty you can give me?
A (1) We will supply packaging solutions as per your ideas and designs, if you only have ideas in mind, as per which we also can design the packaging for your products, or we will design as per our professional industry experience(since 2004).
(2)During the production, we will control the quality in each process by QC staff team, who have worked in company for more than 8 years. Once finish the production, the full automatical inspection machine will QC each piece of finished products, to make sure the goods.

Q How long can I expect to get the sample and what is the production lead time for the full order ?
A Stock sample or White sample takes 3-5 days.
Sample exactly as your design takes about 5-7 days.
It takes about 10 to 15 days for finishing the production,related to the order quantity and Process requirements.

Q Can I get a FREE sample?
A YES! We can print sample with digital printer machine, the color can match 80% as the big printer machine for bulk production, and we will finish all the post processing by hand, not by machine or by mould. But if you want the samples to be finished as bulk production, we have to charge sample fee around USD50 to USD120 without express fee, clients will take responsible for the express fee. The sample fee can be refunded if orders reach some quantity.

Q Do you have stock products to sell?
A No. We work on OEM orders.

Q How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?
A -Generally, 3-5 days for samples making.
-The lead time of mass production will depend on quantity, production art, etc. FYI, 15 days for 30000pcs gift boxes.

Q What is your minimum order quantity ?
A Usually,our MOQ is 100 pieces,but it is negotiable.
We accept small trial order as we are factory.

Q When can I get the price?
A We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we will regard your inquiry priority.

Q Can you do the design for us?
A Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in gift box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect gift boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

Q What's your product range for paper and plastic printing packaging?
A We can produce all kind of paper and PVC/PET printing products, such as, paper packaging box, paper packaging bag, paper cards, hangtags, label stickers, brochure, manual etc. The paper printed products are mainly used for industries as belows: clothing paper packaging, electronic paper packaging, cosmetic paper packaging, toys paper packaging, gift paper packaging, shoes paper packaging, jewelry paper packaging, food paper packaging. The material of these packages can also be changed to PVC/PET.
