Core Challenges
1.Kids will bend, drop and scratch cards; edges must resist wear -and -tear. Ink must comply with non toxic safety standard for children products.
2.Rich bright colors for learning illustrations, must not fade after frequent touching.
3.Each kit needs correct grouping of different categories of flash cards, no missing or mis sorted pieces.
Our Solution
1.Choose thickened 350gsm core -plus card stock, apply anti scratch matte lamination on both sides for bend -resistance. We use soy based non toxic inks compliant with children -product safety requirements. All raw material reports are provided for Amazon compliance review.
2.Optimize die cut process with fully rounded smooth corners to prevent sharp edges for kids.
3.Deploy optical sorting system for multi category flash card grouping. Every full kit goes through weight check to verify completeness before packaging.
Project Outcome
The flash card sets passed children -product compliance testing. Customer received zero complaints about card wear or missing components after Amazon launch. The product achieved steady sales among home -school and early -education buyers.
